Recent developments have brought out new profiles of leaders. These women face unprecedented challenges both as leaders and as women. To do this, they will have to and will be able to free themselves from certain prejudices, disarm self-censorship, strengthen their self-esteem, their confidence and their interpersonal skills in order to assert themselves in action and thus be recognized by their peers.

Former sales director of the Luxotica group, world leader in the eyewear sector, Aude Pichaud is a professional negociator. Throughout her career, she evolved in functions related to sales and negotiation and was confronted daily with the notions of conflict and the demands of negotiations between buyers and suppliers. Today, a professional negotiator, she works on a daily basis with companies, supporting them in complex negotiations both in the context of training and assistance. She participates in the ADN/APHP program and trains future anesthetists in negotiation techniques and the doctor-patient relationship.
