Julie Crouzillac
After a ten-year career in sales and marketing management at major food companies (Lactalis, Danone, and Mondelez), Julie Crouzillac is the Executive Director of ADN Group. In charge of strategy, operational management, and partnerships with the United Nations, the APHP (Paris Public Hospitals), and Harvard University, she is also the creator of the podcast "Les Négociatrices" (The Negotiators) and the ADN Women webinar, which brings together thousands of women to use negotiation as a tool for empowerment.
As a business leader, she regularly speaks to companies, foundations, and associations, as well as in the media, on topics related to governance and women's leadership.
She is the author of three books: "Les Négociatrices" (Eyrolles), "Petits mais costauds" (ESF), and "La négociation pour lutte contre le harcèlement" (Mango).
