FUNDING

Are you looking for information about possible ways to fund your training or learning pathway? You’re in the right place. There are several solutions available to support you in this process.

Public support schemes

Various public funding schemes are available for your training, whether you are an employee, jobseeker, or self-employed:

  • Le Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) : if you are employed or a jobseeker, you can use the credits accumulated on your CPF to finance all or part of your training. Simply check your available funds and choose your training session.
  • France Travail support: if you are a jobseeker, France Travail offers several support schemes to fund professional training, either in-person or online. You may be eligible for Individual Training Assistance (AIF), or for partial or full coverage depending on your situation.
  • Regional funding: some regions offer financial support for those wishing to undertake training.

Funding by your employer

If you are employed, your company can help finance your professional training. Here are the main options:

  • The skills development plan : your employer can cover all or part of the cost of your training as part of their skills development plan.
  • Congé de Formation Professionnelle (CFP): as an employee, you can also take a leave of absence to pursue extended training. This scheme allows you to continue receiving your salary while you train.
  • Funding via your OPCO (Skills Operator): depending on your sector, your company can work with an OPCO to finance all or part of your training expenses.
