Silvia deals with all types of major conflicts requiring unique expertise.
With a degree from an engineering school and a Master’s from HEC, she has held positions in negotiation and management throughout her career in prestigious companies (Danone, Marie, and Kronenbourg) before taking up the role of Commercial Director at Nespresso.
Seasoned in high-stakes negotiations, she spent many years negotiating with leading French retail chains.
Today, she trains, assists, and negotiates on behalf of numerous organisations and ministries. A board adviser for several executive committees (COMEX), she is also the author of three best-selling books on negotiation and sales.
