Influence Strategies
The Influence Strategies training program brings together, in a pragmatic, scientific, and operational manner, professional training to understand the environment, assess biases, and design and implement appropriate, coherent, and impactful influence strategies while respecting our core values.
This training module is relevant and adaptable to any sector of activity. Over the two days, participants discover and master the fundamentals of influence: they develop an ethical and personalized approach to enhance their impact and improve their ability to influence their environment.

The training is led by Hugues Déchirot at the site of your choice.
Précédemment lieutenant-colonel au sein de l’OTAN, Hugues Déchirot a été An officer in the Special Operations Command, the headquarters of the French special forces, he is a psychologist by training and a leading expert in influence. He has led dozens of sensitive operations in numerous countries. Today, at ADN, he works on topics related to change management, influence, and strategic recruitment.
