In line with our high standards and our quest for excellence, ADN has been offering the “Negotiating in complex situations” certification since 2024, listed in the France Compétences Specific Directory. This official recognition validates the professional skills mobilized to conduct high-stakes negotiations with rigor, method and pragmatism.

The objectives and context of Certification

The “Negotiating in complex situations” skills certificate aims to train all professionals who may occasionally or regularly be involved in and/or instigate a negotiation in situations requiring specific skills to reach an agreement when elements of it may prove complex or critical for the stakeholders. This certification is part of a process of increasing the skills of employees, but also of promoting negotiation experience.

Negotiation Certification in Complex Situations

Since July 1, 2024, ADN Group has been a certifying body in negotiations in particular with the Negotiating in Complex Situations framework registered in the Specific Directory under number RS6672.

The percentage of people who have passed the certification is 95%.

Prerequisites and access routes

The candidate has a qualification level 6 diploma in the fields of human resources, coaching, professional integration, training, health and social

The candidate has a qualification level 5 diploma with at least 3 years of experience in these same fields.

Creation of a professional file (10 written pages and 30 minutes of defense in front of a jury)
